Job Description:
- Planning and booking domestic and international travel in accordance with Company policies and budget
- Respond to all trip request to coordinate, obtain, and ensure all necessary crew visas' requirement are meet to conduct the mission
- Flight tracking and solutions planning during travel interruption
- Select and maintain a hotel database in Flight Operations System (FOS) and ensure preferred hotels and rates are published accurately in FOS
- Work independently as well as with a travel agency to coordinate and book air ticket, lodging and vehicles for employee to support trip mission, training, and business trips
- Provide assistance with any travel issues throughout the travel process
- Work with foreign embassies to acquire appropriate visas for personnel travelling and working internationally
- Ensure all travel receipts are organized based on individual Travel Authority Form (TAF) for all those currently on travel for reconciliation at the completion of travel
- Doing necessary cost analysis to determine the most effective method of travel
- Recommend areas of process improvements, cost efficiency, or others efficiencies that can be pursued and realized within this function
- Preparation and dissemination of program documentation in support of travelling
- Any other function as assigned

- Male/Female, age between 27-35
- Experience in travel industry is a plus
- Experience with arranging travel itinerary
- Previous experience with preparation of travel requisitions and authorizations
- Some background of international travel is required
- Professional and approachable demeanor
- Excel in time management
- Positive work ethic, "can-do" attitude, and excellent problem solving skills
- Must be able to multi-task & should be detail oriented
