Job title: Aircraft Management Executive (Assistant Manager)
Reporting: Director of Aircraft Management

This role includes responsibility for the administration and management of all managed aircraft clients’ operations, services, reports, benchmarking for solutions, researching new market opportunities etc.
• Complete oversight of Aircraft, passenger, Sales, Ground Handling, Trip Support, Crew, catering and Flight Support Personnel, scheduling support services for Client and Client’s passengers ,customer profiles
• Oversight , supervision and liaison of the operation and maintenance of the Aircraft by Client
• Advise, liaisoning and follow up with government and regulatory offices , wherever applicable.
• General understanding of Aircraft  hangar, office, and spare parts, shop facilities at the Operating Base and other airport locations, as required
• Record keeping, reporting, budgeting, payment overview on behalf of Client of Aircraft- related invoices and other administrative requirements
• Maintain regular contact with all clients and/or their representatives to ensure a high level of personalized customer communication
• Maintain professional relationships that meet company’s core value
• Maximize all opportunities in the process of developing more business for the company in all in addition to Aircraft Management.
• Maintain records of potential client leads for aircraft management
• Prepare professional commercial offers, contracts and presentations and customer profiles
• To provide monthly reports to supervisor on competitive environment and overall sales and marketing activities execution for respective clients
• To judge and take decisions within established procedures for each service request according to the agreed KPI’s, Service Level Agreements and quality standards to maximize customer satisfaction
• Maintain electronic and written database of record  and forms received, information given, services requested and complaints made, to ensure accuracy of information and efficiency when dealing with customers 
• Meet and greet the customers and clients upon departure and arrival and converse  to get feed back
• Assist in developing and raise MJets brand-awareness through domestic & international channels for regional and inter-regional markets
• To monitor and track customer inquiries and identify trends and patterns affecting trip. Submit all requested reports that are requested by the Management and Department Head
• Coordinate with other departments of MJets and assist in any tasks as requested
• Other assignments as assigned by the superior
• Thai nationality / Any Gender / Age 28-35 yrs.
• Bachelor degree in Administrative Management or related disciplines.
• At least 3years experience or similar position, will be an advantage 
• Well organized, able to handle multi-tasks and prioritize work under tight schedules
• Proactive, detail-oriented, well-organized and proven ability to work independently
• Good interpersonal, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
• TOEIC score not less than 800 or above
Other requirements:
• Strong analytical skill with a good understanding of data
• Ability to present complex information in understandable and compelling manner
• Ability in summary , monitoring and communicate both internally and externally.
• A strategic thinker, Problem solving, communication skill
• Computer literacy and reporting skill
