Purchaser and Warranty Coordinator

The purchaser is directly responsible to the Director of Maintenance for the procurement of parts, materials, equipment and tools. The purchaser has the responsibility and/or authority to:

  • Coordinate as necessary to procure all parts, materials, equipment and tools intended to be used in maintenance, preventive maintenance or alterations of articles from Mjets approved vendors/suppliers.
  • Coordinate with Stores as necessary for the repair of components through approved vendors and return of cores.
  • Coordinate with Stores as necessary for customer importation of parts, materials, tools and equipment.
  • Coordinate as necessary with the Director of Quality and Safety for assessment and approval of new suppliers/vendors.
  • Support invoicing processes.
  • Proactively identify and report deficiencies in Mjets processes, products and/or services.
  • Implement corrective/preventive action plans for his respective area.
  • Be familiar with the requirements of applicable CAAT regulations.
  • Be familiar with the requirements of this RSQSM and the TPM, including all revisions, and report any need for changes.
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.

  • Over 2 years working experiences in Purchasing, Import Handling
  • Ability to communicate in English effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation skills
  • Team player and good attitude
  • Background experience in executive jets would be an advantage
